Return and exchange policy

All of our jewelry is handmade to order, please keep this in mind when making your purchase. You can email us at hello@malicbrand.com if you are unsure of your ring size.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for store credit within 14 days of receipt of the item except for earrings. The piece must be unaltered and unworn.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from the store. Please email us prior to any exchange. Parts must be returned in their original packaging.

We are not responsible for lost packages during the return process. Please email info@malicstudio.com prior to any exchange or if you have any questions.
