Shipping and Deliveries
Our shipments are made with Correos Express, and all packages can be tracked using their corresponding tracking number. Once the order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent.
Each piece is made to order individually in our workshop in Barcelona, so the preparation time is 10 to 15 working days. Shipping time will depend on the country of destination.
We ship to Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and Europe.

To coordinate the pickup, please email us at info@malicstudio.com. Only orders can be picked up, as we do not have a physical store.
General Information:
- The usual estimated delivery time may be affected during high-volume periods (Christmas, Sales, Black Friday, or special dates such as Mother’s Day, special events).
- All orders are individually packaged by hand with beautiful wrapping. One jewelry box per order will be sent. If you need extra boxes for gifts, please leave a note in your order, and we will contact you to arrange payment of €3/extra box.
- MALIC is not responsible if your order does not arrive on time due to weather conditions, issues with the courier company, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
- If you need to change the delivery address after placing the order, it is essential to notify us as soon as possible. Once the package has been dispatched, it will not be possible to change the postal address.
- Any change of address after the order has been dispatched, or any request for delivery to a different address will incur an additional charge equivalent to the cost of shipping.
