SPAIN (PENINSULA)
- Purchases over €250 - FREE SHIPPING
- Buy less than €60 - €3.99
- Delivery time - 48/72 working hours (Not including products from the Ocean collection which may take up to 4/5 working days to be dispatched)
SPAIN (BALEARIC ISLANDS)

SPAIN (CEUTA AND MELILLA)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION CEUTA AND MELILLA: It will be necessary to provide your ID number Since Correos requires it for this type of shipments in order to carry out the corresponding customs procedures. You can put it in the notes of your order, or send it to our email address hello@malicbrand.com after completing your purchase.
General Information:
-The usual time estimate may be affected during periods of high volume (Christmas, Sales, Black Friday or special dates such as Mother's Day, special events or occasional discounts...), in this case it is possible that delivery may be extended up to 7 working days.
-All orders come individually hand-packaged in beautiful packaging. One box of jewelry will be sent per order. If you need extra boxes to give as gifts, please leave us a note in the order notes and we will contact you to pay €1/extra box.
-We ship to Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
-At MALIC, we are not responsible if your order does not arrive on time due to weather problems, problems with the courier company, or any other circumstance that affects us from outside.
-If you wish to make a change to the delivery address after placing the order, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible. Once the package has been shipped, it will not be possible to make any changes to the postal address.
-Any change of address once the order is shipped, or any request for delivery to a different address will incur a surcharge equivalent to the cost of shipping.
-For all shipments, the courier company responsible for the delivery and transport of all our orders is Correos.

-Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from the courier company corresponding to your geographic area with a link to track the order. You can contact them to arrange the best day and time for delivery.
-In case of absence, you will also receive an email or you will be contacted to arrange a time that best suits your preferences.
-In the case of shipments to Ceuta and Melilla, according to the Trade Regulations, the company, in this case MALIC, is not responsible for customs costs at the destination of the shipments made.
